Traffic

All dedicated servers have an independent 1GB uplink.

All dedicated servers have unlimited traffic.

There is a different calculation for servers, which means 10 terabytes of traffic per month.

* Monthly traffic is calculated by outgoing traffic only. Inbound and outbound traffic is not calculated.

Traffic over the limit

We use calendar months to calculate traffic usage. The interval begins on the first day of the month and ends on the last day of the month.

In case of exceeding the traffic limit, the bandwidth will be limited to 10 Mbps. You will receive warning notifications by email before the limit is reached.

There is a different calculation for servers, which means 10 terabytes of traffic per month.

Up to 10 Mbps this constraint is permanent unless one of the following two options is selected. Please note that Option 2 can only be selected once. If the traffic limit is exceeded a second time, then only option 1 is available.

Option 1

If you are going to regularly exceed the traffic limit, we can offer a permanent connection to your server. This means that if your server exceeds the 10 TB traffic limit, the connection will not be restricted, but you will be deducted 10 GEL for each 1 TB exceeded.

Option 2

Once you exceed the 10 TB traffic limit and you no longer intend to exceed the traffic, we can lift the restriction, although this is only possible in the following month. To request this, please send a request for assistance to our team via contact information, in which you clearly state the reason for the traffic congestion that it will not happen again. For example, a web application hosted on a server exceeded the existing limit due to high traffic, but now it has been removed.

Traffic Restriction Notification

Notification of traffic restriction will be sent automatically to the e-mail address provided by you.
